2-DAY, 2-NIGHT INVITATION INTO IMAGINATION, DREAMS AND CREATIVITY

TIME OUT FOR YOUR SOUL TO DREAM

Imagination is our sacred human birthright.

Each of us is a creative being, able to enter a rich flow state of mind. We each have unique dreams and visions to share through our creative expression.

Creativity feels regenerative, healing and nourishing. It becomes vivid in countless ways such as movement, music, art, poetry, dreams, relationships, connecting with nature.

We are here to intentionally explore inviting and staying in this more right brain creative flow state as a healing practice and artistic approach to life.

PRACTICES TO PLAY WITH IMAGINATION

Creativity is supported and investigated in a safe group container, so we can feel open and vulnerable with whatever arises with a playful heart.

We will pay attention to our waking and sleeping dreams. as portals to mystery

Making little altars of gratitude and connection  to our human, animal, plant, celestial ancestors brings our longings to life

Honoring our shadows, listening  to and including their voices and needs will water our resistance with our tears and light the fuel to our creative fire.

Time to stretch out between circle and activity to sink into our own creative process, with practices that help inspiration flow

Reclaiming the universal human need for self expression as a path to a life of richness, depth and learning.

EXPLORING LIFE AS ART

Life is short and mysterious

We feel safe by accumulating knowledge, judging what is best, what can bring us what we want and need to survive. Creativity can feel like a luxury we can’t afford.

But thrumming beneath the meta cognitive assessment of how to survive in a human invented reality is....something else.

The deeper story of that connectivity is the creative essence of life.

This is also us, a kaleidoscope of biological memory within a human identity. And all of the DNA, fields of memory and resonance, cells and vetigal tails, gills, whiskers, trees. plants and stars that dance within us.

Permission to imagine granted.
